Reservations: We are happy to answer questions about the availability of our rentals and give you a quote, but we can only confirm your reservation upon receipt of the payment. Due to the dynamic nature of the vacation rental business, we suggest you send payment as soon as you are sure of your dates, as often multiple inquiries come in for the same or overlapping dates.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of the reservation if booking less than 2 months in advance. If your travel dates are 2 or more months away, we will accept a deposit with the remainder due 2 months before reserved dates. We accept Interac e-transfer or direct deposit. We do not accept credit cards. If using PayPal or similar, transaction/conversion fees will be responsibility of the guest.
Pets: our rentals are pet free. Unfortunately,we can’t make any exceptions due to pets and farm animals of our own. We can recommend a pet friendly vacation rental, please inquire.
Smoking: We have a strict non-smoking policy in the suite, the guest house and anywhere on the premises. By renting our property, you agree to the non-smoking policy.
Check in time: after 4 pm
Check out time: by 10 am
Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus administrative fee of $100 if cancellation is made at least 60 days in advance. If cancelled at least 30 days in advance, 50% refund. No refunds if less than 30 days in advance.
